The Gift That Keeps On Giving

My bestie's birthday was earlier this month...

After picking my brain, I came up with a gift she can actually USE!



A few pots...




Decorate with a paint pen and some twine




Add some fresh herbs



There is nothing better then paying the same amount for an entire plant then for a few springs that will wilt within the week! And even better then that is knowing that all you have to do is step on your back porch and snip a litle when you need it. Hope you enjoy cooking with the fresh herbs friend!

Made a wreath for a good friend's birthday.

This is my third attempt at a yarn wreath. The wrapping went surprisingly quickly... I guess that practise makes perfect! I think I am going to attempt a more daring one for #4. Now to find a reason to make one!

 The pressure was a little intense because our son wanted to win!

Will saw those trophy's when we walked in and he was drawn by the shine! :)

I spent the next 2 hours hoping and praying that he wouldn't be going home empty handed...

A Valentine

Created a little gift for a friend of mine for Valentines Day...

I love her and she is one of the most constant people in my life.

If I didn't love her so much...

And if she hadn't already seen the one on my front door,

 I might have kept this one and given her the green one.

I'm loving the colors for spring! :)
