Lemon Chicken Soup with Spaghetti

If you are wondering what kind of things you can use that wonderful homemade chicken stock for here is a recipe for you...
You start out with 6 cups of chicken broth.
Add a teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
The zest and juice of 2 lemons.
2 chopped carrots.
The rind of a chunk of parmesan cheese.
The meat of 2 chicken breasts.
A handful for spaghetti noodles, broken into 3rds.

 Simmer it all for about 20 minutes and serve.
The soup is yummy topped with more shredded parmesan cheese.
Now go forth and make some for dinner! :)
