This is my first Mother's Day and I am finding that it has a two-fold meaning to me - A day in which I celebrate my wonderful mother and also a day in which I celebrate my children. I have waited my entire life to be a mother. I have always wanted children. After 2 years of waiting for the Lord to give me a child, I find myself overwhelming blessed with 2 children on my first Mother's Day. So tomorrow I will celebrate my sweet son Will and precious little girl Riley(yet to make her appearance). How gracious and fulfilling is the God that I serve.

Hi, I stumbled on your blog from another I visit. I am near Louisville also and just brought home our daughter from Guatemala.
Congrats on your growing family. Happy mothers day.
