I was picking out Will's Sunday outfit tonight and left the closet open when I left the room to iron it. I returned to find that Will had opened his pants/shorts drawer and pulled every item it and neatly stacked them on the floor. He must not have liked my selection of bottoms. :)

Hi, I was just reading your blog and all the rest of them and it brought back so many memories for me. I didn't realize how much I enjoyed the early years of my kids lives. My son is 11 and my daughter is 8. It seems like yesterday that I was pregnant. I just started a blog about my life. When I sat down tonight to write again I clicked on the "next blog" button and your blog came up. I really wish I had, had the resources to write like this when they were little. I really want to leave something behind for my kids so they know who and what their mother and father stood for. Baby books just don't seem enough. We live just a few miles north of New Orleans , Louisiana and just moved into a new house that we built ourselves. Life for my husband and I along with the kids as been a blur since hurricane Katrina, so I have been looking for some sort of outlet to tell the story of my life, mainly for my kids...but I seem to be one of those people that you think "what is life going to throw at me now?". Now I have chosen to use my life as a learning lesson. Anyway, I really thought your blog was great and shows how important "family" is. Along with being able to enjoy the simple things in life like, "What to Wear?" Eileen
