the doctor came in a little bit ago they are not going to allow me to go home today. the oral meds are being given on a 4 hr schedule and i am not allowed to leave bed except for the restroom. that seems to be controlling things, but since yesterday morning/afternoon was such a struggle they want me to have one full good day before sending me home. so tomorrow is looking very good since i haven't had any regular contractions since late yesterday afternoon.

i am waiting to go down for another ultrasound to see if emery can get a perfect score today. she scored well yesterday, but they are hoping for a perfect score before sending me home.

blake and i are so thankful for the visits and prayers! my parents continuing to keep the kids to allow blake to be here with me, but going on our second full day and looking at our 3rd night away, blake has gone home to spend some time with the kids and i will get to visit with them after lunchtime and naps. my dear friend jessica will keep me company this evening so he can put them to bed tonight and keep them while my parents do some things at church...

my parents. don't know what we would do without them! when I get out tomorrow we will go straight there and I will probably not be allowed to leave the house for 2.5 weeks. they have blessed us by asking us to move in yesterday to help keep blake from being totally exhausted by the time emery makes her appearance.

i can not wait to be home with my children and sleeping next to my husband... what a blessing that we made it to 33 wks before dealing with all of this! my doctor has been preparing us for this for months and never expected us to make it this far. Praise God for what has ended up being a relatively short amount of time.

we covet your prayers...

We're still praying for you guys. I'm so glad you can go stay at your mom and dad's after you get out.

You can do it. With Blake and your parents, you don't have any other choice. It won't always be what you want, but it is what Emery needs. Hang in there....

Praying for you and your family--everyone involved. It's evident that you see God's blessing in a time that is so difficult. Thanks for your example!
