Riley does not have an abundance of hair, but there is finally enough to put into pigtails! (Using the tiniest rubberbands you could possibly imagine - Seriously, they are about as big as the tip of my pinkie!) I love girlie-girl things so this was a memorable mother-daughter moment! :)
