The Best Garlic Cheese Bread You've Ever Had

Seriously. The best!
I'll admit that this is a beloved Pioneer Woman recipe... Here is how I did it. I'm not much for measuring!
First, you need a loaf of french bread. Cut it open then both pieces in half.

Chop up a few cloves of garlic. Well, mince it. I like mine fine. In a pan, melt 2 Tablespoons of butter(the REAL stuff)!Add some garlic(about a clove per piece of bread). Brown the bread in the garlic butter.

Remove, clean pan, and repeat until all 4 pieces have been thoroughly soaked and toasted. Have I mentioned how wonderful your house will smell at this point?

In a seperate bowl mix alot of monterey jack, cheddar, and parmesan cheese. Ok technically I cheated and I bought a Colby and Monterey block. Add some chopped scallions. Blake likes a little so we use a little(wink, wink). Add as little or as much mayo as you would like. I LOVE mayo, but have used too much before and it wasn't wonderful.

And there you have it... The best garlic cheese bread you've ever had!
