Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken

This recipe is from Weight Watchers: Ready, Set, Go Cookbook. I have been promising several ladies at church that I would post this recipe for them... For a very long time.

This recipe is so yummy!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees 

Mayo, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, hot pepper sauce

 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves - minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
a few dashes of tabasco

Roll in the dip and then in 3/4 cups cornflake crumbs
(I threw a little salt/pepper on top after)

Bake on a baking rack for 30-35 minutes.
In our home, cornflake chicken is eaten with mashed potatoes and corn.
