A Cold Snack

Need an idea of what to do with those ripe bananas you won't be able to eat before they go bad?

Place sliced banana on a cookie sheet lines with parchment paper.

Freeze for several hours then place in baggies.
The kids ate these up - Along with the frozen grapes!

We've also been known to let them get just a little bit more "freckled" and then freeze them in the peel. If you then get ready to make banana bread, cakes or muffins, just pull them out and mash 'em up!

Great idea! I usually freeze them for bread/muffins/smoothies, but this is good, too!
