Buttered Rosemary Rolls

Ingredients:
Frozen store bought yeast roll dough
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chopped Rosemary
1-2 teaspoons coarse salt

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Place frozen dough in skillet and let rise for several hours(3-4 hrs if frozen solid).

My rosemary from last summer made it all winter so I snipped a bit of rosemary from the pot!
Chop Finely!

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Brush melted butter over the risen dough.
Or just pour it, like I do.
All of it.

Give a generous sprinkling of coarse kosher salt.
Top with the chopped rosemary - as little or as much as you like.

Bake for 17-20 minutes.
Cool.
Enjoy!

These rolls are a wonderful bread for grilled meats and while they look so fancy, they are so simple!
