an evening as a family of 5

We are thrilled to be adding the twins to the family in only a few more weeks. 

We feel blessed. 

The kids are excited.

We feel as ready as we can be.

But...

We have been treasuring our time with these 3 this summer. 

We know they have no idea how much their lives will change, and it makes me a bit sad. 

Blake and I have worked hard the past several months to plan fun outings... 

Spend quality time with each child alone...

And ensure that they are getting to spend plenty of time doing the wonderful summer things children should do.

We grabbed Sonic slushies and headed to the splash park a few weeks ago.  

This bond between the 3 of them is forming...

Right before my eyes.

And it makes my heart smile.

This  girl loves to dance.

 With no music.

 At all.

This precious girl's smile brings a smile to MY face.

Never have I seen a boy adore his father so much.

It might have something to do with the fact his daddy does things like this. :)
